returns and refunds
Your order may be a subject of partial or full refund if:
- Your parcel is lost (not delivered, not returned and no track updates for 60 days).
- Goods arrived damaged
- You received wrong items
Every case is viewed individually so feel free to ask questions via «contact us» form.
We don’t take responsibility if you provided the wrong shipping address (directly or from payment system) and your order was not delivered and returned to us. In this case we can repack and ship it again if you pay the shipping fee again.
Due to the nature of how downloads are processed, we uphold a no refund policy. The customer is responsible for ensuring their order is correct before purchasing the content. Prior to submitting for processing and billing, please ensure that you do not order the same clips twice. Please report any billing errors to email@example.com. Resolution of and billing errors will be handled immediately. Friendly fraud and abuse by disputing the transaction with the issuing bank will result in immediate disqualification from future sales and you will be banned from ordering from our store. We take fraud very seriously and will actively report cases of fraud to the local authorities for further prosecution.
